Subscriptions and plans

Coord offers five plans — Free, Starter, Team, Scale, and Enterprise — each with different features and limits.

Coord offers five subscription plans. Your plan determines the features and limits available in your workspaces.

How plans work

  • Subscriptions are per-user, not per-seat. Each person has their own subscription, and there is no charge for the people you invite. A single Team subscription lets you invite as many workspace members as you like — even if every one of them is on a Free account.
  • Workspaces inherit the owner's plan. When you enter a workspace, you get the features and limits of that workspace owner's plan — regardless of your own subscription. For example, if someone on a Free account joins a workspace owned by a Team subscriber, they get full Team-level features and limits while working in that workspace.
  • Upgrading the owner upgrades the workspace. If the workspace owner moves to a higher plan, everyone in that workspace benefits immediately.

For a full comparison of features and limits across all plans, see the pricing page or visit Account > Subscription in the Coord app.

Plan details

Free

For individuals exploring Coord. You get one workspace with core features — enough to try out jobs, canvases, and the runner on your own. Free workspaces are solo (no collaboration).

Starter

For solo practitioners who want to share progress. You can invite any number of viewers (read-only collaborators) to your workspaces, with higher limits on jobs, canvases, and storage. Includes dashboards for activity tracking.

Team

For small teams with shared execution. Full team collaboration — invite any number of members and admins who can create jobs, manage runners, and contribute to work. Includes analytics and job team assignments.

Scale

For organizations with governance needs. Adds private jobs, cross-workspace dashboards, dedicated encryption, and significantly higher capacity limits.

Enterprise

For large organizations with custom requirements. Features and limits are tailored to your needs as part of a negotiated agreement. Contact the Coord team for Enterprise pricing.

Not sure where to start? The Free plan has everything you need to explore Coord on your own. When you're ready to collaborate with your team, the Team plan is the most popular choice.

Upgrading

To upgrade your plan:

  1. Go to Account Settings > Subscription.
  2. Select the plan you want.
  3. Choose monthly or yearly billing (yearly saves on cost).
  4. Complete the checkout process.

Your new plan takes effect immediately. All workspaces you own are upgraded automatically.

Storage add-ons

If you need more storage than your plan includes, you can purchase additional storage capacity. Add-on storage is billed monthly and is invoiced separately from your subscription. Your total storage limit increases immediately when you add storage.

Encryption

All Coord plans include encryption for stored artifacts. The level of encryption control depends on your plan:

  • Standard encryption (Free, Starter, Team) — your artifacts are encrypted at rest using Coord-managed keys. No configuration is needed.
  • Dedicated encryption key (Scale) — your account receives a dedicated encryption key. Each artifact is encrypted with your dedicated key, providing an additional layer of data isolation between accounts. Your dedicated key status is visible on the Account Settings page.
  • Bring Your Own Key (Enterprise) — provide your own encryption key for full control over artifact encryption. Contact the Coord team for BYOK setup as part of your Enterprise agreement.

Storage management

To monitor and manage your storage usage, go to Account > Storage.

The Storage tab shows your total usage against your plan's limit, broken down by workspace. For each workspace you can see:

  • Usage by job state — how much storage is consumed by completed, cancelled, and reviewing jobs.
  • Usage by type — the split between job attachments and job artifacts.

If you need to free up space, click Purge on a workspace card to remove artifacts from completed, failed, or cancelled jobs. You can also click Manage active job attachments to review and remove attachments from active jobs.

Over-limit behavior

If you downgrade to a plan with lower limits, your existing data is preserved. You can still view and delete everything, but you cannot create new items that exceed the lower limits until you are back within the plan's allowances.
