Manage deliverables and files
Upload files to user jobs, organize them with folders, and manage versions.
Manage the output files of your user jobs with deliverables, folders, and versioning.
Upload deliverables
Deliverables are files you upload as the output of a user job.
- Open the job and go to the Files tab.
- Click Upload and select one or more files.
- The files appear in the deliverables list with their name, size, and upload time.
You can upload deliverables at any point while the job is in progress.
Organize with folders
Use folders to keep deliverables organized, especially when a job produces many files.
- In the Files tab, click New Folder.
- Name the folder (e.g., "Design assets", "Final drafts").
- Drag files into the folder, or upload directly into it.
Folders can be nested. If you delete a folder, the files inside are moved to the root level — they are not deleted.
Version files
When you upload a file with the same name as an existing deliverable, Coord automatically treats it as a new version. The latest version appears in the file list with a version badge (v1, v2, etc.), and previous versions are preserved in the version history.
This makes it easy to iterate — upload your updated file using the same filename and Coord tracks the progression for you.
Download files
Click any file in the Files tab to download it. You receive a secure, time-limited download link.
