Manage your profile
Update your avatar, display name, and connected accounts, or delete your account.
Your profile controls how you appear across Coord and how you sign in. Open it by clicking your avatar in the top-right corner of the navigation bar and selecting Profile.
Change your avatar
Your avatar appears next to your name throughout Coord — in job notes, canvas sessions, and the Users page.
To change it, click Change Avatar on the Profile page and select an image. To remove your avatar and revert to the default, click Remove.
Update your display name
Your display name is how other workspace members see you. To change it, edit the Name field on the Profile page and click Save.
Connected accounts
The Connected Accounts section shows which external accounts are linked to your Coord profile. You can connect:
- GitHub — required for GitHub integration features like creating jobs from issues and linking repositories.
- Google — used for sign-in.
Each account shows its connection status. You can connect or disconnect accounts from this section.
Interface tips
Coord includes an interactive walkthrough that introduces the main areas of the interface. If you dismissed it during onboarding and want to see it again, click Show Tips Again on the Profile page.
Delete your account
To permanently delete your Coord account, scroll to the Danger Zone at the bottom of the Profile page and click Delete Account.
Warning: This action is irreversible — all your personal data is permanently removed.
Before deletion completes, you are prompted to transfer ownership of any workspaces you own so your team's work is preserved.
